Comfortable basic room. Closed to the airport. Nice view of the town. A few food places in walking distance. Can see aurora/ northern lights when the KP index is high and in the right facing. Lots of parking space. Breakfast is basic.
I forgot to bring my credit card for room check-in. The manager of the hotel gives me much help in delivering a smooth check-in process (she also drives me from the airport to the hotel). The room is very much spacious with a micro-wave and a fridge. I love the coffee and tea station in the reception. There is also a spa space. A perfect stay exceding original expectations.
Not easy to find on their website or in the Marriott app… but they have full dry sauna steam room and hot tub in their pool area all free access and clean. An incredible unexpected discovery… especially for the low price I paid for the night!

She was professional, friendly, and ensured everything was handled perfectly. Navneet was equally wonderful during check-in. She was welcoming, helpful, and made the arrival process quick and stress-free. Both team members provided outstanding customer service and truly enhanced my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others…
Had a great stay here overall. The hot tub was excellent…clean, relaxing, and exactly what I needed after a long drive from Kamloops. A big plus was the underground parking, which made everything super convenient and stress-free, especially in colder weather.
We came-in to celebrate our son’s 2nd birthday. The staff arranged treats and a card in the room for him. The property has clean rooms, steam, sauna, a decent gym, guest laundry and to top it off, great people! Special thanks to Manpreet for making our stay very memorable!
We were extremely impressed by the front desk staff Anmol. Check-in was smooth and quick, and he provided clear information about hotel amenities and local recommendations. Provided us underground parking. We had an issue with lift which he solved it right away. He remained attentive, courteous, and proactive in addressing any needs.
